- It is the Customers’ responsibility to check for accuracy and advise Easyimprint of any omissions or errors on your order acknowledgement or paper proof.
- Easyimprint list price and minimum quantities are subject to change without prior notice.
- Easyimprint shall not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred by the purchaser as a result of changes to the list price. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages or any other damages whatsoever.

PO’s should be type-written on customer’s official PO form or company letterhead.

- All orders are prepaid until the credit is established, we accept payment by Credit card, certified cheque or money transfer.
- Delinquent accounts 30 days past due will automatically be reverted to cash payment terms.

- Repeat orders more than two years old, new artwork is required, as these files may have been purged from our files. Set-up charges apply.
- On Repeat Orders, the first setup only is at no charge. Paper proof will not be sent unless requested, except for large volume order or if we require clarification of your artwork.
- If your artwork is changing even slightly please indicate your order is repeated with change.
- Changes or cancellation of a purchase order are required in writing and must be acknowledged by Easyimprint for the change to become effective.

RUSH SERVICE AND CONDITIONS:
- There is no additional charge for a rush order. If it is possible, WE CAN DO IT.

- We accept CorelDraw, Illustrator and EPS, PDF, vectored artwork as well as high resolution (600dpi) JPG OR TIFF files in black and

Microsoft word documents, PowerPoint presentation, all numeric images (in shades of gray or color) files are not graphic programs and are not acceptable file formats.
- Examples are images using low resolution (72 dpi) (.gif, .jpg, .doc, .ppt, .dat), business card or faxes.
- Artwork requiring modification, we will advise of any costs before.
- Produced as full-color imprints, your price includes halftones, gradients, and multi-color logos.
- Art should be supplied as digital art in CMYK mode.

- Photos are required in high-resolution imaging and any color correction will delay your ship date, All RASTAR images must be supplied at 300 dpi (1200 dpi for bitmaps).
IMPRINT LOCATIONS / AREA:

- If location/Area is not specified on your purchase order Easyimprint will use its discretion.

MINIMUM LINE WEIGHTS & TYPE SIZES:
Keep all lines .5 point or thicker. Text can be as small as 6 points on all pens. Anything smaller will not be legible.
Additional colors & Additional Locations:
- Additional colors $29.95 Setup Charges plus $0.20 running charge per color.

- One Artwork proof will be supplied upon request only at NO CHARGE via email.
- Additional proofs $10.00 (E) please allow an additional 2 days for Paper Proofs and 24 hours for changes to Paper Proof.

MULTI COLOR / MULTI LOCATION IMPRINT:

LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDER:

UNIMPRINTED MERCHANDISE OR SAMPLES:
